Home/ - Terms & Conditions ## 1. Who you are contracting with Work is carried out by Geyserclean: Exterior Cleaning Specialist, based at 88 Milford Avenue, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes MK11 1HE. Our team is directly employed by Geyserclean. ## 2. Quotes and prices Quotes are free and carry no obligation, and are valid for 30 days from the date we issue them. Prices shown on this website are "from" prices and exclude VAT; the final figure depends on the size, condition and access of the property. Where we quote from photographs, the price assumes the photographs fairly represent the work; if what we find on site is materially different, we will tell you before starting and agree a revised price. Discounts are available when neighbouring properties book together. ## 3. Access and preparation We need safe access to the areas being cleaned and, where relevant, to an outside tap and power. Please close windows and doors, move vehicles and garden furniture where you can, and tell us about anything fragile, any known leaks and any recent repairs. We protect planting and garden areas and tidy the site thoroughly on completion. ## 4. Method and working at height We select steam cleaning or softwashing based on the age, make and profile of the surface. We work up to three storeys as standard and use MEWPs, cherry pickers or tower scaffolding beyond that. We hold IPAF and PASMA working-at-height qualifications, carry £5m public liability and £10m employer's liability insurance, and provide RAMS and method statements on request for commercial work. ## 5. Weather and scheduling Exterior cleaning is weather dependent. If conditions make the work unsafe or would compromise the result, we will move the booking to the next suitable date at no cost to you. We do not generally offer driveway sealing, because the British climate makes a reliable dry sealing window difficult to schedule. ## 6. Payment Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, or by cash. We do not currently accept card payments. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. ## 7. Guarantees Roof cleaning carries a 3–5 year no-moss guarantee and render cleaning carries a 2-year guarantee, with low-cost retreatment available to extend the result. These are moss-return guarantees on the surfaces we treated; they are not a blanket workmanship guarantee, and work is signed off as complete on the day. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by third parties, building defects, blocked or failing rainwater goods we were not asked to address, or changes to the property after our visit. ## 8. Existing condition and defects Older surfaces can hide loose tiles, failed pointing, cracked render or existing leaks. We inspect before we start and flag anything we find straight away, with photographs. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or for wear that only becomes visible once dirt and moss are removed. ## 9. Cancellations Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel a booking so we can offer the slot to someone else. Consumers have the statutory cancellation rights that apply to contracts agreed away from our premises. ## 10.
